Group the travellers
List which guests travel together, where they begin and when they must reach the ceremony. Clothing, flowers and overnight bags affect real capacity.
Confirm venue access
A hotel or country house may have a preferred driveway, gate or photo location. Ask the venue and include approved instructions in the car plan.
Leave time for photos
If the same vehicle moves between ceremony and reception, add waiting and photography stops to the quoted schedule.
Plan the exit
Guests may leave at different times. Confirm each return address, collection point and reachable lead passenger instead of assuming one late car covers all parties.
