Before the ceremony
List each collection in order and the time every group must arrive. Build in a realistic margin for loading and venue entry.
At the venue
Ask where cars may arrive and where photographs can be taken. Pass the approved driveway or gate to the reservations team.
Between ceremony and reception
A stop for photographs or hotel bags changes the car’s availability. Include every leg and waiting period in the quote.
The later departures
Guests may leave before the couple. Record separate return times, passenger contacts and destinations so one car is not expected in two places.
Final check
Confirm real passenger and luggage capacity, vehicle specification if requested, and the person authorised to change timing on the day.
