Share the FBO or handling agent name, any approved access reference and the lead passenger’s mobile number. The chauffeur uses the point confirmed by the handler.
Party and luggage
Some crew travel separately from passengers. Describe which people and cases go in each car and whether another vehicle is needed.
Onward address
Give the complete London, Surrey, Berkshire or Hampshire destination. A second meeting or hotel stop should be included before the fare is confirmed.
Flight changes
Private aircraft plans can move. Update reservations if timing, airfield, FBO or passenger list changes so the car plan stays correct.
