Confirm the flight

The confirmed reservation gives the collection point and contact instructions. Follow those after baggage reclaim. A general online guide cannot replace the location sent for your specific journey.
Count every case
A saloon may have enough seats for your party but insufficient space for large cases, buggies or equipment. Include cabin bags and unusual items when asking for a vehicle.
Add the onward plan
A hotel drop-off, business meeting or second airport affects timing and price. Include every stop if the journey continues beyond a direct transfer.
