Share the full airfield, handling agent, passenger exit and an operator contact. If the handler gives an access reference, include it in the booking request.
Describe the party
The principal, family, crew and baggage may leave in different groups. Name the passengers assigned to each car and count all cases before the vehicle choice is confirmed.

Airside or restricted gate access depends on the handler’s permission. The chauffeur meets at the approved location in the confirmed arrangements, not at an assumed apron position.
