Get the handler name
Ask the operator for the FBO or handling agent, its address and a contact. “Farnborough” or “Luton” alone does not identify a specific passenger exit.
Check permitted access
A chauffeur cannot assume airside entry. The handler decides whether the car waits at a gate, public entrance or approved private location. Pass access instructions to reservations.
List the party
Separate principals, family, crew and luggage if they do not leave together. Assign passengers to each vehicle and count the cases.
Add the onward schedule
A meeting in Mayfair, a residence in Surrey or a second airfield needs an exact address and timing. Several stops may be better as hourly hire.
Update material changes
A different airfield or FBO affects road dispatch, not merely arrival time. Tell the team when the operator confirms changes.
